Prepare preventive and corrective maintenance
activities and schedule for building equipment such as HVAC System, Water
Distribution System, Electrical and Communication System, Elevators, Fire
Protection and Alarm System, and Water Distribution System.
Perform repairs on building structures and
architectural finishes as needed.
Prepare recommendation of works, list of materials
and estimated budgetary cost needed for repairs.
Supervise site procurement activities in conjunction
with corporate resources.
Responsible for bid, analyses and recommendation of
minor new/repair works procurement contracts.
Coordinate with outsource
contractors/sub-contractors on preventive and corrective maintenance works.
Carrying out tests on systems and recommend changes
to plans where necessary.
Making sure that all building services meet health, safety
requirements and environmental legislation.
