Job Description
Engages potential corporate clients of higher complexity,
understands their needs and challenges and demonstrates the solutions that
MenaITech provides to provide solutions to their specific needs and
requirements, and follows up with deal closures to ensure expanding the
portfolio of corporate clients |

Generates new leads
through, attending networking events, RFPs, Phone calls…etc. to ensure
having a healthy pipeline of potential clients |
·
Schedules meetings with
potential clients with the appropriate stakeholders to ensure answering
all inquiries potential clients may have and emphasize the value added from
MenaITech’s solutions |
·
Conduct Demos and
high-level presentations to potential clients to ensure providing a more detailed
overview of MenaITech’s Solutions |
·
Understands and properly
documents client requirements to ensure providing correct solutions |
·
Updates CRM Database
regularly to ensure accuracy of data on CRM |
·
Approach existing clients,
based on feedback from Customer Success to up/cross sell solutions |
·
Develops technical and
financial proposals in conformance to guidelines to ensure encompassing
all client requirements |
·
Follows up with clients to
ensure receiving signed contracts and all required documentation |
·
Participate in researching
the market on a sector/industry level to identify prospect clients |
·
Develops sales/status
reports on an individual level to ensure continuous and thorough
visibility and transparency |
·
Attends trainings for
new/upgraded solutions to ensure full knowledgeability in
MenaITech’s Solutions |

Maintains relationship with
existing clients to ensure maintaining client satisfaction |
Education
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or MS a plus, Engineering or computer science degree a plus
