About the Company
INJAZ was founded in 1999 as a USAID-funded project with the mission to inspire and prepare youth to become productive members of their society and accelerate the development of the national economy. In 2001, INJAZ became an independent, nonprofit organization in an event under the patronage of Her Majesty Queen Rania Al Abdullah. Over the last 15 years, INJAZ has operated and implemented its programs with the support of the public and private sectors and over 23,200 volunteers; impacting the lives of around 1 million young Jordanians throughout Jordan.

NJAZ brings various capacity building programs to classrooms in schools, universities and community colleges around the Kingdom, enhancing the students' leadership, business entrepreneurial, economics, problem-solving, communication, and soft skills. The programs focus on high interaction, valuable information, real life experience and teamwork as key factors in the learning process.
